We will not be accepting any returns unless the item received is defective. If the item is damaged, we ask you provide proof of defect via email with attached images. Once confirmed defective, we will send a return confirmation email. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Orders will be distributed through USPS. Please provide accurate information as it is used for shipment and contact.

Domestic orders made Monday-Friday will be shipped within 1-5 business days of order placement. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery before contacting us. Retour is not responsible for any missing, damaged, or delayed shipment but will do everything in our power to fix any complications.
